Shipping policy

We currently ship to delivery addresses within the United States.

Shipping options and rates

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the destination and package. Rates are calculated through USPS, UPS, or FedEx when available.

Eligible UPS shipping options are free when the merchandise subtotal is $99 or more after discounts and before taxes. Availability can vary by destination and service.

Order processing and tracking

Orders are prepared on business days. Carrier estimates shown at checkout describe transit time and can change because of weekends, holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

Tracking information is emailed when a shipment is prepared. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package before tracking activity appears.

Address changes

Review the shipping address before placing your order. If a correction is needed, email support@elementsleeves.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order enters processing.

Delayed, missing, or damaged packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, shows delivery when the package cannot be located, or the order arrives damaged, contact support@elementsleeves.com with your order number. We will review the shipment details and help determine the next step.
