Changed your mind about an order? Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and remain in the condition in which they were delivered. Please include your order number when contacting us so we can locate your purchase.

To request a return, email support@elementsleeves.com with your order number. Please wait for approval before mailing anything back. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Problems With an Order

If your package contains a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us promptly. We'll review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

Final-Sale Products

Discounted products and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Replacing a Product

Returns and replacement purchases are handled separately. After your return is approved, you may place a new order for the product you prefer.

Receiving Your Refund

Returned products are reviewed after delivery to us. We'll contact you once the review is complete and confirm whether the refund was approved.

Approved amounts are credited to the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
