Affiliate Terms

These terms govern participation in the Element Sleeves Affiliate Program. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Element Sleeves may approve or decline an application at its discretion.

Eligibility and approval

Applicants must provide accurate contact, audience, and promotional information. Approved affiliates must keep their account and payment details current. Affiliate accounts may not be transferred or shared without written approval.

Commission and attribution

The standard commission is 5% of eligible net merchandise sales attributed through an approved affiliate link or code. Attribution uses a 30-day, last-click cookie. Lifetime attribution is not included.

Eligible net merchandise sales are calculated after discounts and exclude shipping, taxes, gift cards, wholesale purchases, canceled orders, returns, refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent orders, and self-referrals. Element Sleeves may create separate invitation-only commission arrangements for selected affiliates.

Customer discount

Approved affiliates may receive a personalized code that gives customers 10% off eligible retail merchandise. Affiliate discounts cannot be combined with other product or order discounts unless Element Sleeves states otherwise. Shipping offers, including qualifying free shipping, may still apply.

Codes and links may be shared only through approved promotional channels. Posting codes to coupon aggregation or deal sites without written approval is prohibited.

Review and payment

Commissions remain pending for at least 15 days so cancellations, returns, and refunds can be processed. Approved balances are paid monthly through the available payment method after the affiliate reaches a $50 minimum balance. Affiliates are responsible for supplying accurate payment and tax information and for any taxes arising from their earnings.

Promotion standards

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Element Sleeves in accordance with applicable advertising rules, including FTC endorsement guidance. Disclosures must be easy to notice and placed with the promotional content.

Affiliates may not:

Make false, misleading, or unsupported claims about Element Sleeves or its products.
Send spam or use deceptive, unlawful, or infringing promotional methods.
Bid on Element Sleeves names, trademarks, or confusingly similar terms in paid search advertising without written approval.
Impersonate Element Sleeves or represent themselves as an employee, agent, or official account.
Purchase through their own link or code, coordinate artificial purchases, or manipulate tracking.
Alter approved brand assets in a way that misrepresents the brand or products.

Content and brand use

Element Sleeves grants approved affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use provided brand assets solely to promote eligible products. All goodwill remains with Element Sleeves. Assets must be removed when participation ends or when requested.

Suspension and termination

Element Sleeves may withhold a questionable commission while it is reviewed and may suspend or terminate an account for violations, fraud, inactivity, reputational risk, or other conduct harmful to the program. Valid approved commissions earned before termination will be handled under these terms; commissions connected to violations may be denied.

Affiliates may leave the program at any time by contacting support@elementsleeves.com and discontinuing use of all links, codes, and brand assets.

Changes

Element Sleeves may update the program, commission rates, discounts, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect when reasonably practical. Continued participation after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
